fair.versity has a new project – apart from the career-fair “fair.versity Austria”: On May 30th, 2016 Europe’s first diversitycamp takes place in Vienna. People working in the fields of Diversity, Inclusion, Equality, Accessibility, Marketing and CSR meet to be an active part of the first diversitycamp.
The diversitycamp16 is organized like a BarCamp. BarCamps are so-called un-conferences. That means diversitycamp is an open, participative event where the agenda and the content are appointed by the participants. BarCamps are intense events with workshops, presentations, discussions and interaction of the participants. The aim of diversitycamp16 is to share knowledge and experiences. Due to the open atmosphere in combination with the possibility to form and develop the event, an active and innovative exchange is created.
diversitycamp16 wants to generate an interactive dialogue between experts and dedicated entrepreneurs to exchange experience as well as to share and intensify knowledge. At diversitycamp barriers are dismantled, transparency is improved while working together on solutions for typical questions.
